Completed registration forms can be sent to svincent@palmyra.k12.nj.us or dropped off at the Main Office at CSS (or DAS) during business hours.

Applications must be completely filled out and signed to be valid. Please read over the Program Guide BEFORE submitting an application, your signature is your acknowledgement that you read and will comply with the rules.

If you need additional space to fill out more than two Approved Pickups for your student please fill out this form!

The Flex program allows the parent/guardian to purchase 5 passes to be used at any time.

The Late Pickup Fee will be $5 for the first 15 minutes & an additional $15 for every 15 minutes afterward.
