POLICIES AND SAFETY TRAINING
DISTRICT POLICY REVIEW
There are district policies that all staff must review annually. They have been stored on the “secure access” page of our website:
On that page, select Policies & Regulations and review the items listed there. When you are done reviewing the policy, sign the Palmyra Staff Agreement in your opening day packet and return to Mrs. Burkholder in the Superintendent’s Office for PD Hours and compliance protocol.
STATE MANDATED TRAINING ON SAFETY/HEALTH/ ETC.
There are a number of state-required trainings that we have moved online to open up time on those first days.
They are available at http://palmyra.nj.safeschools.com/training/home where you should have a login and a password (email Stacy if you need help with these).
In there, there is a LIST of short training videos with quick quizzes at the end on everything from Diabetes to FERPA to Pest Management. As you complete those, you may print the certificates for your records, however I will print a tally of hours completed and submit them to Mrs. Burkholder for hours earned for PD.
