These websites can be useful in managing your resources while completing research:

Citelighter allows you to highlight text on webpages or pdf documents. Each time you highlight, it opens a box underneath your highlight for you to type and save notes. It creates citations as you highlight. It also allows you to send every note and highlight you create to a word or google doc, so you can easily start to edit and write your first draft.

Diigo is another highlighting/bookmarking tool. It allows you save webpages, highlight text, and create sticky notes to write about what you've highlighted.
