To assist us with Palmyra Before and After Care Program planning for the 2023-2024 school year, we are asking parents/guardians to please complete one survey for each child to be enrolled in the program. This survey is for both our preschool (ages 3 and 4) and elementary students (grades K-5). Again, please complete one Google Survey per child to be enrolled in the Before-After Care Program during the 2023-2024 school year.
