Black History Month at PHS & PMiddle School with photos of visiting speaker

Palmyra Middle & High Schools are celebrating Black History Month with a series of speakers in our classes!

This morning in the Auditorium, special guest, Delaney Wallace (nephew of long-time teacher, Ms. Terry Wallace) came to share his experiences in life, school & powerlifting with our students.

Delaney is commonly referred to as the "strongest accountant alive" after topping the charts at the 2022 & 2023 International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) World Championships in South Africa & Malta bringing home gold medals for Team USA.  He was raised in Moorestown, NJ and graduated from Pace University as a scholar-athlete.   By day, you can find him guiding his clients as a Financial Planner at Brix Partners.  By night, he is the strongest 83kg male in the world holding the Total World Record for his weight class in the IPF.

His goal is to show the youth around the world that you can be dynamic in  multiple facets of life if you put forth the effort required of you.  Every single day he recommits to his commitments.  Making #PalmyraStrong, #mindbodysoul, we are #PalmyraProud of Ms. Wallace sharing her amazing nephew with our students!
