PHS Junior, Maeve O'Connell wants every girl to have a great formal dress. Her solution, collect gowns & dresses, with help from her 3 older sisters, her mom & her grandmom & showcase them at a local catering hall for girls to SHOP for FREE!
The “sale” is winding up today from 12-4 at THE Palmyra VENUE on Garfield Avenue in Palmyra. Come say yes to a prom dress, formal dress, special event dress at Maeve’s FREE Boutique!
Reports are that on the first day, February 11th, over 45 dresses were “sold” for free to excited young women making attendance at their prom more attainable.
People’s dress donations have been very generous & gramma’s house has been bursting at the seams. Any formalwear not chosen today will go to a selected number of charities who have similar events.
