Charles Street welcomes special readers for Read Across America! Our 5th Grade combined classes were surprised with a visit from a former principal! Somerdale Schools Superintendent, Mr. Mark Pease, returned to share a particularly perfect book by author, Rana DiOrio, entitled: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE PRESENT? The discussion they all took part in was lively, but the message of making people in your life a priority was loud & clear.
