To Request REMOTE Learning
(Requirements and Procedures):

• Unconditional eligibility for full-time remote learning

• Remote requests will be handled on a rolling basis

• Principal will provide a written response within seven (7) calendar days of receiving request

• Student may only begin full-time remote learning with three (3) school days following written approval

• You must fill out a separate request for each child

To Request HYBRID Learning 
(Requirements and Procedures):

• Hybrid learning goes into effect on December 14th.  Form(s) must be submitted no later than November 20th.  See links below.

• A student previously approved for remote learning must spend at least one marking period in remote learning before being eligible to transition into the district's hybrid program

• Upon approval the district will provide specific student and academic services

• You must fill out a separate request for each child
