Congratulations James Fries! .
Jimmy is most proud of being a captain of the Track Team, along with being a volunteer fire fighter. He is a member of the Palmyra Junior Fire Company where he is responsible for performing limited duties on the scene of a fire. As an athlete, James has played Football, Baseball & he has been a part of the Cross Country, Winter & Spring Track teams & is known best for jumping hurdles.
His summer job with the District Technology Department took advantage of his dedicated work ethic & technical abilities. James worked on & programmed the new faculty laptops, the district chrome books & helped to build smartboards. He appreciated the recognition of these abilities when the Tech Department asked him to return again this past summer.
His classmates speak highly of him & recognized his Panther Pride when they voted him to the Homecoming Court his junior year.
This fall he will be attending New Haven University in Connecticut where he will major in Fire Science & Investigation.
