Good Afternoon Parents|Guardians: Phase II of our Restart Plan requires that we re-screen (and initial screen) all students who are planning on attending in-person as of March 29, 2021.
While we will be conducting daily on-site temp and visual screening at the door each morning, your confirmation of the Acknowledgement and Disclosure Form will only need to be completed one time for spring. This one-time form, located on the welcome screen of the PARENT PORTAL is live now and allows you to answer for all of your children in the District. Please answer as soon as possible.
It is important to note that failure to confirm may result in a child remaining in remote instruction. Deadline is March 29.
