We are #PalmyraProud of our senior (& Student Body President) Andrew Yansick!
He was the 2020 recipient of the Widener Leadership Award. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the ceremony normally held at the National Constitution Center was canceled.
Andrew was honored in a virtual presentation that included remarks from Widener University President, Julie Woolman & NBC10’s Tracey Davidson. Motivational speaker Jason Lavasseur gave the keynote address.
The Yansick family shared that this honor is not only Andrew’s, but also for the many teachers & mentors he has had the privilege of working with in Palmyra School District. #WidenerLeadership #PalmyraStuCo
The virtual ceremony can be viewed on Widener University's website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwX-MtQNGkw&feature=youtu.be
